Need a new head shot? Have you ever even had a head shot? In this day and age people are not in-person much and need to put a face with the name. This way your recognized easily in meetings and even in public (for those few times people actually get together now). With that being said, there are a few ways to do headshots: traditional and non-traditional.

Traditional is typically done in your office with a traditional marble background (blue or brown). The pricing below is for individuals.

Have a business where you need products or your business photographed? Then you need those brand photos on your online presence and social media.

Do you own a restaurant and need updated photos? What about a menu change and needing photos? No problem!

*NOTICE: SUP is not your maid, butler, janitor, dish washer, or your cleaning service. If we arrive and the business is a mess, we will leave and you will have to pay for a NEW session and reschedule.

2 weeks prior to your date you will be set up with the Hair Stylist and/or Make-Up Artist to discuss your style and look(s) for the session date. Bring your favorite Mascara and Eye Liner.

*If you have ANY allergies to Make-Up or Facial products it is YOUR responsibility to discuss and mention to the appropriate people!

Real Estate Photography is always revolving. Some photographers want to do the "newest" fad in presets with their photography. While others are like us a prefer a more traditional approach. I do not "fish eye" a shot, that is where the spaces looks bigger than it is; nor do I "cinch" the shot, that is where is makes the space look smaller than it is. I want a room to look like it should in it's actual space and size. This way there are no misgivings.

*SUP is not a maid, butler, or cleaning service. If we arrive at a location and it is not clean there are 2 options: 1.) we leave and you will have still have to pay for our time. 2.) we hire a cleaning service and you will be invoiced for the services BEFORE they clean (if it is a large place you will have an additional invoice for their additional time). And you will still have to pay for a NEW session.

*If we have to edit anything out of an image because "it was left there" we will send you a major edit fee of $99 per image (this is even a discounted fee than our normal pricing).

*If we arrive to the location and we cannot get in due to your lack of communication, there is an additional fee for our time.

*Additional photography shoot time is $7.50 a minute rounded to the nearest 10 minutes.

*You will not get any images prior to payment. I understand you must make your money from a property, but you do not work for free and neither do we.
