Information for Media Days with Spoil U Photography

Media Day Basic Info

Media Day is not just about coming to your location for team and Individual (T&I) anymore. It is now where the athletes can also do some fun posing, parents get to be in some poses, athlete can take group shots with their friends, and athletes/Coaches get to have a voice and choice in poses and ideas.

These sessions are a few hours. But the team's booster club can come in and make it a team building day as well! Your booster can spoil the athletes with snacks and non-colored drinks. This helps the athletes know the booster is there to support them. Unless it is a District Package, the price is per team.

SUP will come in and set up 2 hrs before the sessions begin. We may have 1 set up or up to 3 depends on the need of the team. T&I session goes very fast, so everyone needs to arrive on time and be ready. We will do Individual shots, Team shots (this may or may not be composited in the final team image), and then the fun begins. Those who stay will be able to do fun poses, group/friend poses, use of props, and be goofy for approx. 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the request of the Coach.

This is paid for by SCHOOL or BOOSTER.

Team Only Media Day Session $Contact for Quote

When you just want Team Photos and to not offer any individual photos. We will take many photos (because everyone blinks) and up to 3 different poses. The Booster Club will receive a digital copy & a copy will be emailed to your yearbook (upon request).

Individuals ONLY Basic Media Day Session $Contact for Quote

2 poses of each individual (1 forwards and 1 side turned). A team photo is built out of the photos taken of the individuals. The Booster Club will receive a digital copy of the Team, 1 digital per athlete in attendance, & a copy will be emailed to your yearbook (upon request).

Individuals ONLY Premium Media Day Session $Contact for Quote

Each athlete will have 4 poses; they of course will be used to create a team photo. Each player gets 1 digital download. Each Coach receives a print for their wall. The Booster Club will receive a digital copy of the Team, 1 digital per athlete in attendance, & a copy will be emailed to your yearbook (upon request).

Premium Media Day $Contact for Quote

Each athlete will have many poses, fun group poses, use of props at the end of T&I, and poses take will be used to create team photo. 1 day FREE retakes for missed Individuals. Each coach receives a print for their wall. The Booster Club will receive a digital copy of the Team, 1 digital per athlete in attendance, Several Fun Media Day digitals, & a copy will be emailed to your yearbook (upon request).

School Wide Media Day for All Sports BASIC $Ask for HIGH Volume Pricing

Schools often want to have all their sports to have a consistent look. Which means lighting is the same, resolutions are the same, images are sharp, images can be used for multiple uses within the teams/sports. Now each sport will have different Media Days, but the district pays 1 price for the whole year and not multiple times. Each sport/Team will have the same treatment as the Individuals ONLY Basic.

Sports/Teams Included: Football, Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Track & Field, Cross Country, Wrestling, Golf, Cheer, Band, Choir, Orchestra, Theater, and up to 5 school clubs (like Student Council, Chess/Checkers, Robotics, etc.).

These Sessions are booked in the evenings during the week, while the BIGGER Sports/Teams will be on a Saturday or Sunday.

Each team will receive a portion of funds received from the orders made by their team (as a fundraiser); only on the orders made up to the Photo Day, not after. Please discuss at the signing of the contract the percentage that each Team/Group will receive.

District Wide Media Day for All Sports PREMIUM $Ask for HIGH Volume Pricing

These Sessions are booked in the evenings during the week, while the BIGGER Sports/Teams will be on a Saturday or Sunday.

Each team will receive a portion of funds received from the orders made by their team; only the orders made up to the Photo Day, not after. Please discuss at the signing of the contract the percentage that each Team/Group will receive.

Retake/Add-On/Missed Day $750

Did you have athletes miss? What about a Coach? Decided you need more photos? Then you need a Retake Day. Only booked during a weekday, during the day.

Upgrade: Season Pass $Ask for pricing

Season Pass Subscriptions receive discounts or pay at cost prices when they need to make a purchase. SUP has lots of contacts for so many things. That is why we will either already be an approved vendor for your School, or we will see about getting on their vendor approved lists.

Also, with Season Pass we offer discounts on banners, which is a HUGE necessity for Sports. And I bet you wonder how to get images designed for them...guess what...that is also part of Season Pass! We do a lot of designing and creating for our teams, even little flyers.

Add-On: 1 8x10 Per Athlete $Ask for pricing

If you want to give each athlete a FREE 8x10 printed image of themselves, we do a bulk discount. We do not offer this to the public and can only be discussed once the contract is signed by the Coach/Booster.

Add-On: SENIOR & Mom/Dad/Parent Session Day $350

One evening during the week or a Sunday afternoon, we will book the Seniors of your Sport with their parents. Each athlete will receive 3 digitals to download. And images from Senior Session will be available to use on socials/media for your team. If you wish to gift each parent something at your banquet, we do have a bulk discount for the booster. Please ask for details.
