123 Grow with Me Package

One of our most popular purchases is the 123 Grow with Me Package. I have had this package since I was 18 years old, and I am The Creator of 123 Grow with Me (yes, often duplicated...and yes, it is well over 20 years old). 

123 Grow with Me has 7 sessions starting at Maternity all the way until baby's first birthday and a family session in the spring or fall, of baby's first year.  Sessions are short (Newborn is the only one that will take the longest), but if you need to do an upgrade or add-on to the session, please chat with us.  There is no greater way to celebrate your greatest gift & Blessing from God then immortalizing their first year and more.  

Each session is $150 paid 1 month prior to the session (or 1 time purchase discount of $875), contract must be signed, and package purchased prior to baby turning 4 weeks.  Retainer of $150 is due at booking. Add-On's are available below too (Pumpkin Butt, Bubble Bath, Smashes, etc).

Booking a Birth Session

With your OB or Midwife, you typically get an expected due date.  And for that reason, we only accept so many Birth Session a month. We keep your due month open for 24/7 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after your expected due date.  Yes, this means communication will be critical for us to make it to your delivery.  Haven't missed a baby yet but have gotten close when someone's sister forgot to call when mom was at a 7 dilation. 

You must speak with your dr. and the hospital you will be giving birth at about having a photographer.  I do try my best to keep nurses out of shots!  But sometimes I do get them, however the image will be in your PRIVATE gallery and only shared if you share them or if I have asked for permission to use them in socials. We have a form you can take to your dr to fill out if you want or need.  BUT we will not disrespect your dr and nurses! We respect all people in the room. 

First Booking 123GWM

Talk about info overload!  So please keep in mind, just ask when curious! 

Maternity:  is booked when belly is hard and high centered.  This most often occurs about week 33 to 37. Though it is best to call well prior to this to get your package started. 

The first year goes by fast, and baby changes FAST!  They grow like little stink weeds.  Which means a month prior to when their session is due, you will call or text to book.  You cannot go back in time to make up a missed session, and neither can we. 

Newborn Sessions

Whether it is the 123GWM newborn or just a Newborn session, they will typically go as follows:

~We work on Baby's time. Point Blank.  Have patience, and do not expect to rush me. Be ready to feed baby when baby is fussy.  And you need to bring a drink and snacks for you too. 

~Baby will need to be changed multiple times.  And sometimes babies are hard to sooth when changing.  To make it go easier, it is expected that you work with baby prior to the session.  Best way is to change baby a few times a day or more. Plus, as a mom to 4 kids and having babysat when I was a kid.  I can definitely tell you this will help as they grow up from not fussing on getting dressed and changed if you keep in that practice during their first 2 years.

~Newborn & 3 Month sessions sometime go over their time limit or right under. And that is ok. These two sessions are the ones I do not worry about spending extra time with.  They are fleeting!  And I want to make sure we get these moments.  Time is a thief yall!  It goes by fast, and we need to keep these cherished memories safe and accounted for.

~If you have ideas, or wants, please send me screen shots in a text or on facebook messenger.  We will do our best to recreate or build upon your ideas. 

~Sometimes baby will be fussy, especially after shots! If we need to reschedule or break the session in 2 different days, then we will.  Most often within the same week.  RARELY has it been a few weeks, only time was when mom took baby to dr and baby had RSV.

~Which leads me to this, we will not photograph or have a session with sick people.  We handle little ones and have immunocompromised clients.  And everyone's health is a priority. Please just reach out and ask for a reschedule. 

3 Month to 9 Month

Wow Baby grew fast huh! And you are nearly to 1 year.  That will be discussed in a second. 

1 month prior to baby turning (3months, 6 months 9 months,) you will need to reach out and book your session.  If you have ideas or want something in particular, get those screenshots messaged over. Again, we cannot go back in time.

These sessions are normally 30 minutes or less. And generally, one 1 outfit can be photographed in that time. If you need to add time, please discuss prior to session.

1 year...their 1st Birthday 😭

I'm not crying you are!

Wow! Watching that little one growing this first year is a Blessing and so sad at the same time!

1 month prior to their birthday you can booking their Birthday session. Yes, this means at 10/11 months we can do their session, and they will be ready for their party! 

This is the best time to book a Birthday Smash and bubble bath for after, which only adds on about 15 to 30 minutes to your session.

Smashes

When it comes to children, we are super protective, even of their health.  So, we must know of any allergies are booking.  If you fail to provide this information, that is on you.  NO, we have never had this issue.  However, we have had little ones where mom didn't say they had a diaper rash.  And they mention it during the session right as they are going into a bubble bath (which we sanitize and scrub the tubs after ALL uses).  And after the bubble bath they go home, and within a few hours I get a text, I bet you're thinking the worse right now. BUT! The message received is, "whatever you had in that bath their rash is nearly gone.  THANK YOU!"  True story! And it has happened more than once or twice. Which we are thankful we are able to help those babies out with that and give the parents some peace.
