About Season Pass Subscriptions

Is your Booster Club small? Or even large?

Having a hard time getting help from other parents to volunteer and help with designs?

Then you need my Season Pass!

Booster clubs choose The Season Pass option, because of how it will benefit each player and the team as a whole. But the biggest is because they need the help, want to keep it local, and knows we are dedicated during your season to your organization.  

Before your season starts by about a month, we will have a long list of things that needs to be decided on and set into motion.  I will not list them here, as we discuss this only once the contract is signed and began (plus every sport has different needs and wants).  We are big on protecting kids and of course businesses must protect themselves. 

Somethings included with Season Pass, but not mentioned below:

-Custom designed flyers & Game Day Designs.  

-A template for the booster to use to let parents know about meetings.  I'll explain while this is a huge need for your organization/team

-Senior designing for banners and flyers for media, more than just the ones for the team

-Banner Designing for sponsors and the athletes

-Submitting team photo to your yearbook coordinator, we will need the email for the yearbook coordinator

-Fundraising options are available. The benefit of our family having local business is we can help in tons of ways!

-Custom designed posters, perfect for hanging in the halls and giving out to local businesses

-Lots of things at cost or even heavy discounts.  There are local places that will charge $175 for a 2.5' x 4' banner; while ours are only $59 (sometimes free shipping; if I get a discount, I pass that on) for Season Pass Holders.  AND we normally get our banners within 72 hrs or less!  This way no waiting for 2 to 3 weeks.

-We are the ONLY one in the panhandle of Texas that offers custom shaped Yard Signs (Lawn Signs). How awesome is it to have a baseball shaped yard sign showing your team/player or a singlet shaped sign?

-We do go in and update your forms, like the form for sponsorships, etc.  We want things looking professional for your team!

-And we even help with making the slideshow video reel for the end of the season.  I have a special folder set up for image submissions.

-PLUS, there is a bunch more.  But I think you get the idea.

So, whenever you have a question, need something, or need advice; just ask. We can point you in the right direction or help you.  This occurs often nearly 24 hrs a day sometimes, those late day wins need to be posted as soon as possible!  Celebrate those triumphs!

*With this package you agree to having Spoil U Photography do your Media Day/Team-Individual photos day. Because I will need many poses and looks during your season, and it is easier with copyright laws if I just use my own.  Plus, we do not want to receive images that are subpar, meaning blurry or muddy looking, and then have those represent your team.  

**Not all options have physical item, they maybe digital designs only.

SHIPPING IS NEVER INCLUDED, you will receive an invoice for shipping, if it is needed sometimes with large orders I can get us FREE shipping or even a BIG discount

*By signing up for our season designing pass, when I get discounts, I offer them to you. This helps especially when it comes to all those banners you need for your season updating your walls for your team's hall of fame.

*Cannot roll services/subscription over to other teams.  However, districts receive a different deal to take care of their schools as a whole.

*Can only be paid by Check from an individual or booster club; or AutoDraft from your District.  We do have many businesses that sponsor some of our schools, and they take care of the season pass cost, while the booster pays for what they need as the season goes on.  These businesses will require a banner to be placed with the other sponsors.

***ANY LAST-MINUTE changes or requests may result in a Rush Fee, not included in your subscription.  But as long as you plan out your season correctly and we communicate with each other, there should not be Rush Fees.***

With a 5 month minimum commitment, you can have Spoil U Photography in your corner nearly 24/7! 

Hate having to wait to get approval to print what you need each month?  No problem, you have a print credit with SUP each month, it doesn't roll over though.  

FREE Individuals ONLY Basic Session (Value $400)  PLUS a SENIOR & Mom/Dad/Parent Session Day (Value $350).

5 Game Day Designs for use on Socials for FREE

Discount Pricing on multiple things: banners, signs, posters, flyers, yard signs, shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, workout gear, bags, totes, and so much more.  We can even do your spirit wear with Name Brands (Under Armor, Carhartt, Champion, ETC) where you can earn money back to your booster. 

Certain rush Service Fees are waived. 

Season Pass Package     $995

1 Price/Payment good for 3 months of service (not spaced out).  

Hate having to wait to get approval to print what you need each month?  No problem, you have a print credit with SUP each month, it doesn't roll over though.

Season Pass YEAR Package     $225

Billed monthly from July through May.  It begins 1 month prior to school starting but ends in May.
