Questions...

Do you want to just have your booster club handle the photos for social media blast?

Don't worry we do that, price starts at $250 for the whole team.  But we ALSO offer where we do all the photos and designing to take the work load off your booster clubs' shoulders, most popular is $350 a month for your sports season.

Why do you offer handling Game Day designs and help with socials?

Honestly because families are busy and there is a HUGE decline of parent involvement with sports booster.  And this is not saying parents are bad (hello we are parents); but it is the fact of parents do not want to come home from work and begin working again on something for the team.  They want to take kids to practice, be present with their kids, and rest when they have a chance.  So, this is MY job, I do during the day while kids are at school.

We need signs, we need designs, we need apparel for the kids. Can you help with that?  We are tried of waiting months to get in team shirts and staff shirts.

It takes a lot to make sure your program stands out above others, and what helps is we try to make sure and get approved with your district (if you're in public school), so it does not take a couple months to get something ordered and in.  Districts take at least a month to pay vendors and then you get your items; but the flip side is some vendors are going under because districts are refusing to pay after things are received.  If your booster has the funds and will to take care of your team, then we have the connections to follow through.  BUT we do not order until payment is received.

Do you want actual sharp Images?

I get SOOOOO many texts from coaches and parents complaining about the images not being sharp, images are muddy looking, green screen is showing in designs, and just all-around unhappiness.  We cannot help with others do.  However, we can show you how we are.

Want a variety of poses, without having a bunch of stations?

Do not get me wrong, having stations is fun and great.  But the chaos can be a headache. We take can take just a couple poses or a variety of poses, depends on the wants and needs of your group.

Did you know we make sure our people have all done their volunteer sign up with a district for background checks to ensure children's safety and safety of others?

Anyone who works with us and knows us, knows the people we are and how much we protect children.  Because they know our personal story and why we do this.

What happens when the Booster cannot afford your services?

SUP has helped many teams (nonprofits and even not for profits too) get more funds in their account; and still get all the bells and whistles from SUP.  Plus, we have a variety of ways we help you (and yes this even means with fundraising). Kids get to stand out and be noticed.

What about when a student cannot afford to pay for a photo package?

This happens, and we will ask the booster if they know of anyone on their team that is at an economic disadvantage.  We, ourselves as owners, will buy them a little package so they do not feel left out.  Can we do this for a whole team no, we only take a certain number of kids per team.  But if the booster does not communicate this with us, we cannot help.

How does SUP actually get paid?

When parents buy packages and products.

We want to pay you for your services, but we want the same package for all kids.  How do we do that?

Ask me.  We do have a way where it is 1 price for each athlete to pay, and everyone receives a custom-built bundle.  Some Coaches prefer this because the parent also pays for the athlete's banner, they get prints, and digitals too.
